If you don't like something, that's totally fine! You can return items that you don't want to keep within 30 days. There is no return slip, just write your address on it and send it off in the post office. As a small label, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns, so the buyer must pay the return postage costs (maybe we will get better deals as we grow).

To ensure that nothing gets damaged, it is best to use the same shipping material that your order arrived in (yay, recycling!). The boxes can be sent as a large letter. If the value of the goods is high, it is better to play it safe and send your return as a parcel.

To make the refund easier, please make sure that your order number is on the shipment or simply use our delivery note.
