Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Shipping conditions
Delivery within Germany (Germany)by DHL (Go Green) or Deutsche Post as Warenpost.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Free shipping for orders over €50
Shipping flat rate for goods up to 50 euros: €3.90
Deliveries abroad (EU/Worldwide):
Flat rate shipping fee (Warenpost International): €6.50
Free shipping for orders over €55.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 working days, for deliveries abroad within 7-21 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, shipping costs will not be charged or will be refunded.
